Q. Can your location receive pallet loads?

  • A. As of July 1, 2023, we no longer accept inbound shipments on pallets. All deliveries must be small parcel delivery via common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

Q. How much advance notice do you need to prep a shipment to send to Amazon?

  • A. We strive to have all requested shipments out the door within 24 to 36 hours. The maximum delay should be no more than 48 hours. If, at any time, we believe the delay will be any longer than that, we’ll be sure to communicate that to you.

Q. Can your company provide FBM (fulfilled by merchant) services for me?

  • A. We do not provide customer fulfillment services at this time.

Q. Does your company assemble sets or bundles?

  • A. We know some manufacturers offer lower MOQ’s if the seller is willing to assemble their own kits. We are able to provide kitting services under these circumstances. However, at this time, we don’t have the capabilities to handle custom sets or bundles.

Q. Can you put the FNSKU labels on our products for us?

  • A. Absolutely. Check out our Pricing page to find the latest fee for this service.

Q. Do you work with new sellers?

  • A. New sellers are our favorite clients. Put our experience to work for you and let’s grow together.

Q. Do you prep retail arbitrage?

  • A. No we don’t. Our services are geared toward sellers who buy in bulk via wholesale or directly from a manufacturer.

Q. Do you work with international sellers?

  • A. Yes we do. Our focus is to help any seller selling on amazon .com who needs a place to store excess inventory.

Q. Where are you located?

  • A. We are located in Whitehall, PA just outside of Allentown (yes, the one in the Billy Joel song…).

Q. I need to export my inventory to another country. Can you set that up for me?

  • A. We’re not a freight forwarder so we can’t help you with creating your export documents or shipping labels. However, we highly recommend contacting First Choice Shipping. Once you create your commercial invoice and shipping label PDF’s, just email them to us and we’ll prepare your shipment for pickup with the carrier of your choice.
