Recovering from a common New Seller mistake
When you’re a new seller, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by everything you need to learn in order to sell on Amazon.
The most common mistake we see is new sellers sending too much inventory into Amazon when they don’t know what their sales velocities will be.
They often don’t realize just how big of a mistake it is until they’re faced with their first long-term storage fee from Amazon. Then it’s either pay the big fee or remove their inventory, which can also be costly.
If you decide to remove your inventory, Amazon doesn’t ship your inventory back to you neatly case packed like it was when you sent it in. It comes back to you a few units here and a few units there.
